At BLW Kunststoffen, we have taken an important first step in a series of planned upgrades with the acquisition of the advanced Biesse Rover A FT Plast. This state-of-the-art CNC milling machine replaces an older Biesse Rover and brings improved precision and productivity, allowing us to serve our customers' needs even more effectively.
The Biesse Rover A FT Plast is a high-performance CNC milling machine specifically designed for processing plastic sheet materials. This 5-axis machine features an advanced chip extraction system that ensures thorough and continuous cleaning of the workspace, enabling us to meet high quality standards.
With the addition of this machine to our equipment lineup, we can work cleaner and more efficiently, resulting in consistent product quality. It not only enhances our current production capabilities but also opens the door to innovation and the execution of special projects.
The arrival of this new Biesse Rover marks the beginning of a broader innovation process at BLW Kunststoffen. More new machines are scheduled to arrive soon, and we are also working on renewing our flooring. This year again, BLW Kunststoffen will be present at the Kunststoffenbeurs in the Brabanthallen. On September 17 and 18, we will showcase what we offer as specialists in plastic machining. Together with ANKRO, we warmly welcome visitors at booth 64!
