At BLW Kunststoffen, everything revolves around progress. Not only in what we produce, but especially in how we produce it. That’s why we’ve taken another important step in modernising our machine park. With the addition of the Hedelius Forte 50, linked to a cobot for automated loading, we strengthen both our production capacity and flexibility.
The Hedelius Forte 50 is a powerful 3-axis machining center, designed for maximum precision and flexibility. In combination with the TEQQ-cobot, it forms a fully automated cell that enables us to streamline our production processes with greater consistency. Thanks to this automation, production can continue largely unmanned, even outside regular working hours. For our customers, this means shorter lead times, greater reliability, and consistent quality, even for complex or repetitive tasks.
This investment fits perfectly within our broader strategy of growth and modernisation, and enables us to produce larger series without compromising on accuracy or reliability.
Faster, more precise, and always ready for the next challenge, that’s what our customers will notice with the new Hedelius Forte 50 and cobot. This investment helps us raise the bar in terms of quality and delivery performance.

This year again, BLW Kunststoffen will be present at the Kunststoffenbeurs in the Brabanthallen. On September 17 and 18, we will showcase what we offer as specialists in plastic machining. Together with ANKRO, we warmly welcome visitors at booth 64!

Bij BLW Kunststoffen blijven we investeren in de toekomst! Recent hebben we ons machinepark voor de derde keer in drie maanden tijd uitgebreid, ditmaal met een Datron M8 Cube.
