The properties of PEI

• Heat resistant: PEI can withstand long-term temperatures up to 200°C without deformation or loss of strength. This makes it ideal for applications in high-temperature environments.
• Chemical resistant: PEI is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including acids, bases and solvents. This makes it suitable for use in aggressive environments.
• Mechanically strong: PEI is one of the strongest thermoplastics. It has high tensile strength, stiffness and abrasion resistance.
• Electrically insulating: PEI is an excellent electrical insulator and can be used in electronic applications.
• Fire resistant: PEI is flame extinguishing and meets the strictest fire standards.
