Our CNC milling machines play a very important role in BLW Kunststoffen's production process. Our CNC milling machines are not standard machines; they have been carefully selected for their ability to machine complex shapes with high accuracy. With a combination of 3-axis and 5-axis (simultaneous) milling, almost nothing is impossible for us.
3-axis CNC milling
Hollow structures, organic shapes or yet detailed surfaces? The technology of our 3-axis CNC milling machines allows us to produce products with a high degree of complexity.
For 3-axis milling, we have the following CNC milling machines:
- 3x Bridgeport VMC
- 1x Bridgeport VMC + 360° rotation axis
- Unisign Univers 4000 + 360° rotation axis

5-axis (simultaneous) CNC milling
The 5-axis milling machines at BLW Kunststoffen open the door to innovative design possibilities and make it possible to bring even the most challenging projects to life.
For 5-axis (simultaneous) milling, we have the following machines:
- 1x Hermle C32U + BMO Platinum sideloader
- 1x DMG DMU-40 MonoBlock
